USCF rated 4SS G/60 over two weekends. Two possible sections: U900 and Open. Up to two byes allowed (first bye 0.5 point, second bye 0 point). Adults are welcome to participate in this tournament.
10/31/09 & 11/07/09; 1:00-5:00PM First and second rounds on 10/31; third and fourth rounds on 11/7.

Entry fee: $5. All collected fees will be used for prizes (each section: 1st place $5, 2nd place $3, 3rd place $1), administrative cost, and donation to YMCA Partners of Youth Programs.

Tournament is hosted by YMCA Chess Club for its club members, and participants are required to join the YMCA Chess Club in order to enter the YMCA building. The YMCA Chess Club membership is free and its members are not required to have YMCA membership.

Please bring your chess set & clock if possible.
